To use a template, simply select it when replying to your next review, customize it to fit the specific reviews, and send it to the store.

The Right Template at the Right Time. When saving a template, you can select which app(s) it applies to and which star ratings are relevant, so when you're replying to your next review, the right templates will come up first.

Share with Your Team. Working with a team? You can easily share any of the templates you create with all of them, so you can all get replies out faster and maintain a consistent tone.
