Introducing Reply Templates

reply-temp-cover-clear.png

Communicating with your users has become fundamental to the success of many apps and games. In the App Store and on Google Play, that means replying to user reviews.

To make replying easier and more streamlined, you can now save common responses as templates and re-use them later. It's that easy.

  1. Fits Your Workflow. Creating a new reply template is easy. When replying to a review, simply select Save this reply as a template, give it a name, and you're all set. To use a template, simply select it when replying to your next review, customize it to fit the specific reviews, and send it to the store.

    It's that simple.

  2. The Right Template at the Right Time. When saving a template, you can select which app(s) it applies to and which star ratings are relevant, so when you're replying to your next review, the right templates will come up first.

  3. Any Language. Create reply templates in any language, so you can localize your template to respond natively, even if you're not a native speaker. Including emoji πŸ˜βœ…πŸ’ͺπŸ’₯

  4. Share with Your Team. Working with a team? You can easily share any of the templates you create with all of them, so you can all get replies out faster and maintain a consistent tone.

  5. No Limits. Create as many templates as you need to always have the perfect response. We won't limit your creativity.

Reply templates are available right in the Reviews report to all members on the Optimize, Grow, and Explore plans.

  • Apollo

  • TrustKit
  • Qualtrics

You can now see if any of your competitors are using these SDKs right in the Competitors report, and find all the apps and games that have any of these installed via Explorer.

FYI - We take a manual approach to identifying SDKs and an automated approach to scanning them. This hybrid approach means we don't show false positives.

Looking for an SDK we don't track yet? Let us know so we can add it.

Support for Ads on the Search Tab

We're now tracking ad spend for Apple's new ad placement.

Data will be imported automatically for all connected App Store Connect accounts that enabled Search Ads access and get included in all reports in the Ad Spend section.
